1. Our Fulfillment Promise: Processing and Production Time (Expertise)

The time required to prepare your item for shipment depends on whether it is a stock item or a custom-manufactured piece.

• Standard Orders (Stock Items): Items already manufactured and held in our regional fulfillment centers (USA, Dubai, or Pakistan) are processed, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.
• Custom/Made-to-Order Items: We offer custom mockups and unique manufacturing. These orders require specialized production time. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for manufacturing before the shipment period begins. This commitment ensures your custom order meets our rigorous quality standards. Crucial Note: The Processing/Production Time is separate from the Shipping Transit Time. The total delivery window is the sum of both.

2. Shipping Options and Estimated Transit Times (Trustworthiness & Experience)

We utilize different carrier partners globally (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) to ensure the most reliable service based on your location. Transit time begins after your order has completed the processing stage.

Important Transit Factors: While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times may be subject to unexpected delays during peak holiday seasons or due to carrier constraints.

3. Order Tracking and Transparency 

We maintain transparency throughout the delivery process to enhance your Experience.

• Dispatch Notification: Once your order leaves our global facility, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a link to the corresponding carrier’s tracking portal.
• Tracking Activation: Please allow up to 48 hours (especially for international shipments) for the tracking information to fully sync and activate within the carrier’s system.
• Delivery Issues: Pro Sportista is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. We recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the specific carrier for assistance immediately after receiving a delivery confirmation.

4. International Shipping: Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Radical Transparency)

As a global company shipping from multiple hubs, we want to be radically transparent regarding international trade regulations.

• Recipient Responsibility: All international orders may be subject to import duties, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country.
• Fees Exclusion: These fees are NOT included in the item price or the shipping cost calculated at checkout.
